Terms of Interface Use
Plain-language summary for the Riva website and deployed-contract interface.
1. Self-directed interaction
You choose whether to connect a wallet and sign each transaction. The website cannot reverse a confirmed BNB Smart Chain transaction or recover keys.
2. Contract state controls
The deployed smart contracts and confirmed on-chain state control execution. Interface estimates, labels and pending transaction states are not authoritative.
3. Package and reward terms
Package payments are non-refundable. Rewards are conditional USDT-denominated accounting values paid in Riva after the current contract cut; they are not promised fiat payments or guaranteed returns.
4. Permanent choices
A wallet's first activation records its sponsor and permanent Working or Trading category. You must verify both before signature.
5. Custody and administration
You acknowledge unrestricted Vault-owner custody of Vault tokens and the live administrative powers disclosed on the Transparency and Risk pages.
6. Eligibility
You are responsible for legal eligibility, sanctions compliance, taxes and any professional advice required in your jurisdiction.
7. No warranty
The interface and contracts are provided without a guarantee of availability, correctness, liquidity, profitability, security or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Third-party services
Wallets, RPC providers, BscScan and PancakeSwap are independent services with separate terms, privacy practices and operational risks.
